Thank you for choosing Kiss My Tush for your print-on-demand needs. This Refund Policy is designed to clarify our practices regarding refunds, returns, and shipping issues.
1. No Refund Policy
(a) As we provide custom print-on-demand products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once an order is placed.
(b) Each product is uniquely printed for each order, and therefore, we cannot accept returns for reuse or restocking.

2. Exceptions - Incorrect Items
(a) The only exception to our No Refund Policy is if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., a different design or product).
(b) Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@kissmytush.com with details and photographic proof of the incorrect item.

3. Process for Handling Incorrect Items
(a) Upon verification of an incorrect item, we will offer either a replacement or a refund for the specific item.
(b) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs
(a) Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items.
(b) Returns must be made through a trackable shipping method, with shipment proof provided to us.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
(a) Kiss My Tush is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the care of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS).
(b) In the event of any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
(c) Please note that we cannot compensate for delays in shipping time or lost/stolen packages once an item has been shipped. The control over the package's safety and timely delivery is solely with the shipping carrier once it leaves our facility.
6. Limitations
(a) Refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements, or are outside the specified timeframe, may be refused.
